Business Banking | Business Account Fee Waiver Promotion Offer (the “Offer”) Terms and Conditions

 

1. The Offers are only applicable to customers who have successfully opened a Business Account with ZA Bank Limited (the “Bank”) and activated the Business Internet Banking (“Eligible Customers”).

2. Offer 1: Waiver of the handling fees and charges levied by the Bank under the Business Banking Tariff on the following business banking services:

• Waiver of handling fees regarding outward transfer is only applicable if the relevant transactions are conducted on Business Internet Banking.
• The prevailing charges levied by correspondent banks for inward and outward transfer (if any) are still applicable.
• Offer 1 starts from 22 Mar 2021 to 31 May 2021(both days inclusive) (“Offer Period 1”).

3. Offer 2: Waiver of inward transfer fees levied by the Bank under the Business Banking Tariff (section 1.1 and 1.2 of Business Banking Tariff only).

• The prevailing charges levied by correspondent banks for inward transfer (if any) are still applicable.
• The accumulative maximum fee waivers during the Offer Period 2 is HKD5,000.
• Offer 2 starts from 01 June 2021 to 31 December 2021(both days inclusive) (“Offer Period 2”).

4. The Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Offer, and to amend or revise any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

5. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, the decision of the Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. These terms and conditions are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the Bank’s General Account Terms and Conditions. If there are any inconsistencies between the General Account Terms and Conditions and the herein, the General Account Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

8. No one other than the Eligible Customers and the Bank (includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.

9. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
